It's Rainy, Moving Day

A few months before, you decided and planned to move. Everything was perfect according to plan - you have called the removal company, you have packed everything from small to large and light to heavy, and you are all set to move. But during the moving day, the weather seems to be unfriendly. Rain starts to pour and air begins to become a little bit more powerful. So, what are you going to do?   Most of your things have already stored in boxes and cargos so there's nothing to worry about your things. What you would do instead is to ensure the boxes will not be poured with rain during loading and unloading. Instruct the movers to use umbrella or provide some for them to use if they do not bring.   Furniture items should be also covered with large sheets or wrapped with newspapers to prevent them from getting wait from the rain. Sofas and couches are two examples of furniture that are hard to dry. You would have some days to take to let them be free from moisture if they are not protected during the move.   When you move into the new location, you also make sure that the floor would not be stained with dirt combined with wetness. Otherwise, you will have difficulty cleaning your new house.
